OMRAN Group invites experienced and qualified Lead Design Consultants for the Development of the Opera District Project at Shatti Qurum, Muscat. OMRAN has successfully completed the stage of Pre-Concept Masterplan and a Highest and Best Use Study for the project.

At this stage, OMRAN intends to appoint a Lead Design consultancy that will manage all project required disciplines to review and validate the current pre-concept master plan, develop a new concept masterplan if required, prepare a detailed masterplan and complete all design stages including all the necessary detail drawings, prepare all construction tender documentation, and optionally supervise the construction activities.
