OMRAN Group invites experienced and qualified Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms to participate in the tender for the Development of the Opera District Project at Shatti Al Qurum, Muscat.

OMRAN has successfully completed the Pre-Concept Masterplan and a Highest and Best Use Study for the project. At this stage, OMRAN aims to appoint a PMC that will oversee and manage all required project disciplines, including Pre-Contract Services, Post-Contract Services, and the Liability Period.
