OMRAN Group invites experienced and qualified Cost and Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services for the Development of the Opera District Project at Shatti Qurum, Muscat. OMRAN has successfully completed the stage of Pre-Concept Masterplan and a Highest and Best Use Study for the project.

At this stage, OMRAN aims to appoint a Cost and Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services that will manage all project required disciplines to Pre-Contract Services and Post Contract Services (Optional).
