Re-Float – Appointment of Abseiling Activities Operator at Majlis Al Jinn for 5 years including Civil Works Development

Brief

The operation of Abseiling activity is aimed at appointing an operator to operate the location for 5 years duration. The appointed operator will enter into an operating agreement with the expectation to share annual return on investment with OMRAN. During the first year of operation the operator expected to ensure the following requirements shall include as part of the operation:

 

  • Remove all existing old bolts.
  • Installation of information & Direction signs.
  • Provision of transport vehicles, to Ensure the proper safety measures are taken within the vehicle.
  • Provide Monitoring station and amenities to ensure safety measures.
  • Marketing the cave on local and international platforms.
  • Activate other activities like Develop hiking and mountain biking trails.
  • Develop elevated Boardwalk to protect “Cave delicate feature”
