Re-Tender Design & Build of Connecting Bridge Between the Two Four Seasons Development Sites- Muscat

Brief

Oman Tourism Development Company SAOC (OMRAN) invites specialized and experienced companies to participate in the tender for a Design & Build package for the development of a connecting engineered walkway bridge linking the two Four Seasons development sites. The scope of work involves the design, construction, and delivery of a Marine connecting bridge that links two Four Seasons Development sites. This bridge will be a critical infrastructure element, facilitating the seamless movement of guests and staff between the properties while maintaining the aesthetic and operational standards of the Four Seasons brand.

The project is to be completed under a Design and Build contract, and it includes obtaining all necessary statutory approvals, conducting engineering studies, addressing safety requirements, and ensuring environmental considerations.
