SDIC and IFC Sign OMR 38.5 Million (US$100 Million) Financing Agreement to Advance the Plaza at The Sustainable City - Yiti

Sustainable Development & Investment Company (SDIC), a joint venture between OMRAN Group and SEE Holding, has signed a financing agreement valued at OMR 38.5 million (US$100 million) with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the  World Bank Group, to support the development of The Plaza at The Sustainable City – Yiti.

The financing represents another significant milestone in the evolution of The Sustainable City - Yiti, reinforcing international confidence in sustainable investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman while accelerating the delivery of one of the region's leading sustainable urban developments.

Designed as the vibrant heart of The Sustainable City - Yiti, The Plaza will feature a diverse mix of retail, dining, wellness, entertainment, and community spaces, creating a dynamic destination that enhances the quality of life for residents and visitors while strengthening the city's long-term commercial and lifestyle offering.
