Call-Off Agreement for Land and Asset Valuation Services
Brief
OMRAN Group intends to appoint qualified valuation consultancy firms to provide professional land and asset valuation services under a framework call-off agreement. The appointed consultants will support OMRAN Group and its subsidiaries in conducting valuation services for various purposes including asset valuation, financial reporting, investment evaluation and transaction support. The agreement will be established for an initial period of three (3) years during which services will be requested on a call-off basis depending on business requirements.
