Brief
Omran Group invites qualified and experienced contractors for;
The Construction of a fully finished mockup room demonstrating design intent, construction quality, and guest experience standards for the five-stars Club Med Musandam Resort development. The Mockup will be housed in a temporary building already constructed for a previous mockup room located in Muscat, Bawshar, Madinat Al Irfan.
Tender Fees
52.5, including VAT (non-refundable). Riyadha holders’ companies are exempted.
Eligible Companies
The Contractor should be specialized and experienced in the construction and fit out of mock-up rooms.
