Brief
Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Design and Construction of the Main Building and associated facilities at Majlis Al Jinn under a Design & Build contract. The project aims to create a world-class visitor destination that enhances the unique cave experience while maintaining environmental sensitivity and meeting international safety and tourism standards.
The scope includes the design and construction of a main visitor building, experience center, reception experience center, café and restaurant, retail store, public restrooms, parking, access roads, ascending and descending system and related external works, along with all architectural, structural, civil, and MEP works, testing, commissioning, and handover of a fully operational facility.
