OMRAN Group invites qualified and experienced operators to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the role of Master Operator for its Experiences portfolio.

The portfolio includes a range of existing and upcoming experience-driven destinations across the Sultanate of Oman. Through this opportunity, OMRAN Group aims to establish a cohesive, high-performing operational ecosystem that delivers world-class guest experiences, supports sustainable commercial returns, and contributes to the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

The Master Operator model is intended to appoint a single operating partner to provide portfolio-wide operational leadership, governance, and technical expertise, while enabling the integration of local SMEs and supporting the progressive development of in-house capabilities.

The selected Master Operator will be expected to support both pre-opening and post-opening phases, including but not limited to:

• Development and implementation of portfolio-wide operating standards, policies, and SOPs
• Technical design reviews and operational input across relevant assets
• Health, safety, and risk management frameworks aligned with international best practices
• Pre-opening planning, including staffing, training, procurement advisory, and operational readiness audits
• Post-opening operational oversight, including executive management, commercial performance, and financial governance
• Integration and development of local SME partners in line with In-Country Value objectives
• Knowledge transfer and capability building towards a structured operate-to-transfer model

• Demonstrated capability in delivering international operational standards and HSE compliance
• Experience operating within similar markets and stakeholder environments
