Brief
OMRAN Group intends to appoint a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm to provide comprehensive consultancy services for the development of Wadi Shab as an adventure destination. The project aims to enhance the visitor experience while ensuring safety, operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, structural integrity, and flood resilience.
The Services shall include full master planning, detailed design up to “Issued for Construction” (IFC) drawings and full tender documentation. The construction supervision will be added as an option to ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
