Brief Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) announces the launch of a Request for Proposal (RFP) titled “Development and operating a hostel building located within Oman Tourism College (OTC).”

This project involves a building originally designated as a student hostel. Development was paused due to strategic considerations. OMRAN Group now seeks to engage financially qualified investors for a long-term partnership focused on the development, completion and operational management of the facility.

This tender offers a unique investment opportunity designed to support the sustainable growth of the tourism sector in Oman, enhance asset value, and contribute to the Sultanate’s strategic objective of positioning itself as a premier tourism destination.

    • Intended building use and utilization details
    • Development cost and completion plan
    • 10 years financial projections
  • Commercial Proposal
    • Proposed corporation structure (between investor and OMRAN Group)
    • Proposed commercial terms (lease, purchase, partnership etc.)
